Lesley Sedgwick is the founder of Precision Go-Live Solutions and a seasoned Healthcare IT Trainer and Applications Analyst with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting complex EHR implementations across hospitals, ambulatory clinics, and specialty care environments.
She has led and supported high-impact go-lives for leading healthcare organizations, working directly with physicians, nurses, and operational teams to ensure smooth system transitions and strong user adoption.

After years of working in the field, Lesley recognized a critical gap in the industry—many organizations were relying on staffing agencies that lacked true implementation expertise.
She founded Precision Go-Live Solutions to change that.
